I've had this lawn mower 2 weeks. It replaced an old clunky gas mower. We have an acre of land so this is not for the entire yard, just the part that I (female) do; the front of the house, the dog's yard, and the side yard between house and driveway. The day I received it had been rainy all day but I wanted to use it and the rain finally stopped at 5pm. So I got out and mowed the dog's yard. It hadn't been mowed in 3 weeks and this is the deep south so grass was about 6" tall. I couldn't believe how great of job of cutting this wet yard that was full of weeds which are harder to cut. The mower is so easy to use and cuts so well that if I had a normal sized city lot, I would buy the bigger one to use but in my case this one does all I do on 1 battery charge (about 40 min.). Also I can take battery out and carry it up steps instead of walking 1/2 block around buildings to reach shed and I am a 70 year old woman. I think everyone should have one of these mowers.Carol R L
Great Little Mower
Very quiet, cuts cleanly and evenly our small lawn in one pass in about a half hour. Very easy to push compared to a gas mower and the old fashioned real mower. Easy on the back to store with it being light weight and fordable. It recharges in a few hours. Experienced no negative issues.Whilemanjr
I do not reccomend this mower
I bought this mower last summer thinking that it would be convenient, it's not. The mower is not wide enough, so you have to take twice as many passes to cover the area you want to mow. When you do go over an area, the blades aren't sharp enough to cut Dandelions. You will have to go over the yard multiple times and eventually you will just start plucking them out by hand. Everyone has mentioned the battery life, and my mower is starting to show signs of this after almost one full mowing season. The grass catching bag doesn't hold much before it clogs up, I think the mower just doesn't have enough momentum to throw the grass into the rear of the bag, so you will be emptying it out multiple times even for a small city sized yard. If you value your time, do not purchase this mower. This was the first Worx product I ever bought, and I wont be buying anymore product from them in the future if this is the type of performance I can expect from their products.Zortella
I researched cordless electric mowers for quite some time and finally decided to take a chance on one of the least expensive options. When I picked it up and put the handle on (this was not as easy and it should have been because the instructions were obiously written by someone who doesn't understand how to communicate with a non-mechanical person like me), I was reminded of another review I had seen on this product - it looked like a Tonka Toy! However, after I charged the battery over night as was suggested, I was anxious to try it out. I loved the outcome! The '13 inch width is a bit of an issue but I don't have a large area to mow so I don't mind the necessary extra passes too much. The cutting performance was excellent although I was taken aback by one phrase in the instructions when it advised that you should avoid backing. I always mow going forward and backward and it did not seem to cause any issues. When I was done, the battery still indicated more than a half charge, so I hope that remains the case for the long haul. It's just so nice not to have to hassle with gas, oil, and unreliable gas mower engines. I don't envision ever owning another gas mower!shortknocker
Very lightweight and quiet.
I was so happy with my Worx trimmer that when I saw the mower, I had to get it. I have been using the trimmers, I have two, for several years now. I have been amazed how well they last. I hope to get as much use out of the mower also. I have been pleased at how easy it is to push. The first time I used it, I could hardly tell it was running, it was so quiet, even in power mode. It did a good job of cutting and I was pleased with the look of my lawn. If there is anything that I would call a negative, it would be that it has a small cutting deck. It took a little longer to do my lawn than with a larger gas mower but it was a lot easier.JERney
