Great little mower!
For those of you who are looking for an electric mower- look no further. I have talked to people who say that electric mowers don't have enough power or fail to cut, but my experience with this one is just the opposite. I have a couple of places in my yard where the grass is real heavy and my gas powered mower slowed down going through it. This mower slowed a little but went right on through. The mower itself is well built. Very solid housing. I like the fact that all of the wheel adjustment stops are made out of metal and hold the height solidly. My gas powered mowers' is made out of nylon or plastic and quickly failed. The levels are clearly marked, making it extremely easy for you to get the adjustment right. The caster wheels make this mower very maneuverable. Folding the handle and storing the mower on end is a breeze - try doing that with your gas mower. Putting in and taking out the bag or side chute takes only seconds to accomplish. To clean I have used my cordless blower to clean both the exterior and by using the side discharge chute the underside as well. Then a quick wipe down and you are done. When cleaning, don't forget to remove and clean the mulching plug as grass tens to collect there. watch the cord. To prevent it from disconnecting, use the cord locks. Then when you step on the cord - no disconnect. In summary then, IF you are looking at going electric I believe you will be pleased with this one.Oldguy41
Perfect for us!
After reviewing multiple lawnmowers we finally decided upon this one. Im a veteran with bad shoulder and my partner is a cancer survivor who cannot tolerate heat or heavy physical activity. The old lawnmower we had was hard to start and messy to deal with maintenance wise. We have a medium sized yard with a mix of thick clover and grass. This lawnmower was perfect! It was light enough for either of us to push and easy to start. The cord took a min to get use to but I ended up kinda tying it around me out of the way. I haven’t used the mulch feature but it was just what we needed for mowing the lawn. Easy to clean. Only complaint I guess is sometimes the bag was a bit difficult to remove.WMNVET
Good little mower
I use this one for 3rd year. I need the maneuverability, the ability to lock wheels and mow perpendicular or parallel to an incline and at the same time lightweight enough so that I (or my wife) can push it. I wished there were self propelled feature, but it is not a big thing on a level surface.
I really need and hope that worx can design a tool that is dethatcher, mower, tiler, cultivator, spreader, etc in one.
Pushing it may be hard on you, if you have several levels like me and dealing with the cable is an issue of its own, especially when you have to deal with emptying the bag.
Sometimes it feels underpowered so mulching is not tremendously nice but just effective. It gets clogged up with high grass easily.
But...
it is so easy to maneuver, no smell of gas, can be stored upright so my already tight garage space is not eaten by a mower. It has Plenty of power for cutting.
I didn't like the nut in the middle that tightens the blade, could be a better design/material, now it is too shallow, and the switch needs to be made sturdier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]DanielBg
Powerful, agile, & lightweight!
Pros:
- Powerful 14 Amp Electric Motor: Cuts high grass with ease.
- Lightweight: Heavy duty enough to mulch, but light enough for my 100 lb. wife to use with little effort.
- Reliable: Plug and play! No complex gas engine = No breakdowns, oil changes, filters and/or other maintenance.
- Ergonomically designed handle makes it easy to use.
- Agile: Rotating front wheels make it super easy to make tight turns. They also lock for long straight lines.
- Quiet: You don't need to use hearing protection, but I do anyway.
- Price: Reasonable initial cost, plus the savings on gas and maintenance is a plus.
- The quality of cut is beautiful. Much nicer than my previous riding mower.

Cons:
- No headlight: An LED light on the front would be a nice feature to help during dusk.
- The plastic start button feels a little cheaply made.
- Grass tends to build up easily under mower even using the side discharge method. The grass needs to be cleaned out periodically during mowing.JBKEEFER
Not so sure about this one
I purchased the corded 13 Amp 3-in-1 Lawn Mower as an early Christmas gift to myself. I had been contemplating getting an electric mower for sometime. I was so excited when the mower arrived. It was heavier than I had expected, but was very easy to assemble. The next evening I tried it out. I am sorry to say, I was very disappointed in the performance of the mower. It was louder than expected and heavier than expected which made it a struggle to push. I also was not able to get close enough to the edge of the flowerbeds which meant I would still need to use the weed-eater. As for an incline in the yard, it did not cut as I had hoped. I raised the wheels which did help a little. I am not sure if the lawn is just too thick for this mower, but I will try again in a few weeks. I only tried the mower with the bag attachment. Perhaps I need to use the mulcher attachment or no attachment to make it easier to push. FYI: The cord was not an issue when struggling to push the mower.
